Class Registration

Discover mushroom cultivation through this fun and interactive course where you will learn about basic cultivation techniques of gourmet fungi. Make your own fruiting bucket with the provided grain spawn and straw to create your own small mushroom farm that will produce a bountiful harvest for you, your family, and anyone you would like to share with. Also take home one of our exotic gourmet mushroom kits as a gift. This class is BYOB.

Advance your mushroom cultivation knowledge and learn about log/outdoor cultivation techniques by inoculating your own hardwood log (provided) with your choice of mushroom dowels, creating a fruiting totem that can produce edible mushrooms for up to 2 years. Also take home one of our exotic gourmet mushroom kits as a gift. This class is BYOB.

With a basic knowledge of mushroom cultivation in hand, dive into some of the more exotic and more difficult to grow varieties of mushrooms such as Cordyceps, Indian Milk Mushrooms, Agaricus varietals, and more! Make your own cordyceps culture to take home to grow, then create your own small indian milk mushroom farm using inoculated grain spawn and sterilized casing substrate! Also take home one of our exotic gourmet mushroom kits as a gift. This class is BYOB.

Get your hands a bit dirty while learning about terrarium building techniques. Build your own small terrarium to your desired style while learning about how these miniature ecosystems can function for years to come, often with very little care. Take home your terrarium and show it off to your friends!

With a basic knowledge of terrarium building, learn about how to build like a pro using some more advanced elements such as clay/moss walls to create a beautiful piece of nature for your home. Additionally, enjoy the magic of fungi with your own small mushroom kit to grow and enjoy in your new terrarium. 

Each class is BYOB--alcohol and/or refreshments will not be provided, but can be brought to enjoy during the class. 

Every participant must be registered before arriving and must sign a liability waiver before participating or observing the class

Photography is highly encouraged!

You may register for a class occuring the same day as one you are registered for if it is not at capacity.

If you register for a subsequent class the same day as your 101 class (such as the 201 or 301 version), you will recieve a 10% discount that day.

You may add extra items such as mushroom kits or terrariums in addition to those purchased. You may also purchase a charcuterie board for your party.

There are 2 options for charcuterie boards:

Standard: Includes 5 cheeses, 4 meats, chocolate crystals, honey comb, gourmet mushrooms (such as cordyceps or other uncommon types--seasonal), artisanal bread and crackers, and seasonal exotic fruits (may incude Lychee, Rambutan, Thai Bananas, Jackfruit, etc)

Premium: Includes 8 cheeses, 4 meats, chocolate crystals and flowers, honey comb, gourmet mushrooms (such as cordyceps or other uncommon types--seasonal), artisanal bread and crackers, seasonal exotic fruits (may incude Lychee, Rambutan, Thai Bananas, Jackfruit, etc),  Japanese specialty teas, and a fine Amezaiku Japanese confection to eat or to keep

What if not everyone shows up?

We charge a flat rate, whether you have 1 or 20 people to show up. We cannot issue any refunds for no-shows.

What if my party runs late?

You may stay later if another timeslot is paid for before the first timeslot is over, assuming the next timeslot is available.
